Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at hello@studioelisabethseidel.com and inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If your return is accepted, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Compensation for Loss in Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Note on delicate art objects:
Our crystal works are fragile, handcrafted art objects. Inspection is only permitted in the form of careful visual examination and gentle handling. Mechanical stress, excessive moistening, abrasion, or other improper handling may result in a significant loss of value.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods:

• that are not prefabricated and
• for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or
• that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This applies in particular to crystal works made to individual customer specifications.
