Shipping policy

Shipping Provider
We ship all orders with DHL.

Delivery Times

Luminaires (Made to Order):
Our lights are individually made for you. Production time is 4–6 weeks from receipt of order. Once your item is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link.

Bowls (In Stock):
Items that are immediately available will be shipped within 2–5 business days.

Bowls (Pre-Order):
For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date is indicated on the respective product page. You will be notified as soon as your order has been dispatched.

 

Tracking
After shipment, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. You can track your parcel directly on the DHL website.

 

Shipping Costs
Current shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery within Europe
We ship within Germany and the EU. For orders outside Germany, additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient.

 

Delivery outside Europe
Shipping to countries outside the EU is available upon request. Please contact us at hello@studioelisabethseidel.com, and we will provide you with a custom shipping quote. Please note that international shipments may incur customs duties, import taxes, and other charges, which must be paid by the recipient.
